We have a stellar customer service team who is ready to answer all your questions! We typically reply to emails/calls within 24 hours on business days. Our hours are M-F 8:30-5pm CST.

Since we carry a variety of unique brands, sizing and fit can vary. So to help you determine your best fit, we provide the measurements for the item on the product page. We recommend taking a favorite top and measuring it flat, armpit-to-armpit and using that to compare to the measurements of the item you are wanting to buy.

We are happy to combine orders if you let us know and any applicable shipping will be refunded in the form of an online gift certificate mailed to you. The only exception to this is during large sale events or sale codes; we will not refund any shipping due to combining orders during those events.

Unfortunately, our in-store system does not communicate with our online system. As such, we cannot process online returns or exchanges in the store, please follow the returns procedure here.
However, you may drop off a return at the store and we will forward your package to our online customer service team for processing.

Some codes have exclusions and we don't always have room to put what the exact exclusions may be. You can always call us at 682-222-9010 or emails us at help@paisleygraceboutique.com if you have a question regarding a code - most exclusions include Consuela, Brighton (in store only), and perks/rewards as well as others not listed here.
