Your order will ship with USPS or UPS. In either case, your package will be hand delivered to your mailbox by your Postal Carrier! Shipping times typically take anywhere from 2 to 10 days.
For our military customers, we DO ship to APO addresses.
Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for packages once they show that they have been delivered to your address. The Postal Carrier is the one who has logged it in as delivered so we recommend starting there.
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. We attempt to verify all addresses with the Post Office prior to shipping and may update your address as it is confirmed by the Post Office. Any returned packages will be subject to all return shipping fees that are incurred.
FREE U.S. and APO SHIPPING: All U.S. and APO orders ship for FREE, regardless of the size of the order, with our current free shipping promotion through August 31, 2017.
PREMIUM SHIPPING: You can upgrade to UPS 2ND DAY OR UPS OVERNIGHT – rates are quoted by UPS based on weight of package and the shipping zip code. Orders must be placed by 2:00 p.m. CST in order to ship these methods that day.
Please note that if you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect both our customers and us.
All paid orders are generally processed within two business days. We do not ship weekends or holidays, so please account for non-business days when placing your order. Weekend orders will begin shipping Monday and ship in order of time placed over the weekend. Orders placed on Sunday could ship Monday, but quite possibly could ship later. Tracking information will be provided for each order via the email that was used at checkout. During times of SALES and HOLIDAY EVENTS, such as Black Friday, shipping may take longer due to increased number of orders – but rest assured, we are working hard to get all the orders out as quickly as we can!
