FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $60 in merchandise after applying all discounts (but before shipping, and tax added).  Flat Rate Shipping via USPS of $6.95 on all orders under $60.  Shipping to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii! For our military customers, we DO ship to APO addresses.


All paid orders are generally processed within two business day.  We do not ship weekends or holidays, so please account for non-business days when placing your order.  Weekend orders will begin shipping Monday and ship in order of time placed over the weekend.  Orders placed on Sunday could ship Monday, but quite possibly could ship later.  Tracking information will be provided for each order via the email that was used at checkout.


During times of SALES and HOLIDAY EVENTS and the week or two after, such as Black Friday or End of Season sales, shipping may take longer due to increased number of orders.  We also do not combine orders and refund shipping - we don't have the manpower to do this during large sale events.

In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout. If you do not wish to add package protection, you can deselect Route+ at checkout.

To save freight and keep our shipping costs down, shoes will not be shipped in their box but in a shoe bag. If you desire the actual shoe box, please email us at and we will be happy to ship them in the box for an additional charge of $5 per pair prior to us shipping your order.  

PREORDERS - If you order any item on a PreOrder basis; the order cannot be cancelled as we order based on preorder qty and will be shipped per the date on the product page.  

We are not responsible for packages once they show in the shipping system as "delivered" or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.  Please contact your local Post Office for any issues with you package once marked "delivered". 

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees that we incur from the Post Office.

We ship with USPS Priority Mail/First Class mail and UPS.  Most shipments take 1-5 days but can take up to 10 business days.  Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval.
